Your post begs for a response.

I earned Eagle in 1943 (plus 5 palms). I am OA Vigil and a Silver
Beaver. I have been registered almost 60 years. Two of our sons and
two of our grandsons are Eagles. I chaired the Eagle Board of Review
for approximately 400 Eagle Scouts over a period of 39 years. I served
on the Council Executive and Advisory Boards for about 30 years. I
wrote a strongly worded letter of protest to the National office
before the vote to admit queers.

As I understand, admission of queers was pushed by the CEO of ATT and
other executive trash on the BSA Board of Directors. In my opinion
they were successful because morality is no longer considered when
making corporate decisions.

I live with the thought that I earned my Eagle when the moral
standards were much higher - as did our next two generations.

So your morality tells you to deny right and access to people purely
down to something they can't control?
Would you also disagree with the vote to let black people into the
organisation? What about left handed people? People with ginger hair?
Blue eyes? Women?
All are intrinsic to that person and just as absurd to discriminate against.

My morality tells me that everyone is equal regardless of birth
characteristics, but I make an exception to bigots.

This is my role in Scouting, advising Scout and Guide organisations
across Europe, for millions of young people:

No, it tells me that Scouts have a duty to God. That means you don't
sin on purpose - queers do.

Yes for women.

Unfortunately you are obviously not sufficiently competent mentally to
differentiate between characteristics and morality.

Equality ends there. It's good that you make an exception for bigots
because everyone is bigoted about something - as you demonstrated in
your response that you are.

How don't have a god, therefore I can not sin.
The fact that you think I sin to your god is irrelevant, they're your
god, not mine.

Oh, I know they're completely different, your "morality" tells you to
discriminate against particular characteristics (as opposed to thinking
for yourself?).

So people are equal, why should some be able to do certain things and

Isn't your religion founded on love and acceptance, or are you just
using your faith as an excuse?

Not me. I just dislike the idea of anyone sticking anything up a
defecation orifice, or so stupid as using a device instead of a man to
pleasure herself. But, based on your comments you must be very good at
the oral thing.

If you insist. As I said before you probably have a talented mouth.
But you need to wipe your lips, there is still a little BS on them.

Ahh, personal insults now.
Why is your belief less trashy than my belief.
Or does freedom of religion/faith only work for your religion?

I save them for rational people.

I have not seen an International Scout Group since 1977 at the
National Jamboree. But I suspect they are doing very well in spite of
your advice.

We salute you, sir.
I have two grandsons who were not in Scouting. But both played
football, one scored 30 on the ACT and the other has a 4.1 GPA in the
10th grade. One played several sports and was an all-star in each. And
they go to church.

Scouting is not required at my "house" but responsible leadership is.
