Should not be an issue. It's been a long time since my son was a tiger,
but it was more of a family oriented program, so a parent was always
with the Tiger. The boy with the incontinence problem might be able to
wear those pull-ups or other type pants. At that age, they get involved
and excited about whatever it is going on, and they can just plain
forget to find a bathroom... happens all the time, no big deal unless
some adult makes it a BIG DEAL.

When I was a Tiger, and later Den leader, the boys had a "cubbies" pack
with their scout stuff in it (as opposed to a school backpack), kept the
scout stuff all together plus all of them carried a spare change of
clothing and a sweatshirt just on case.

The other boys don't have a need to find out about it, I might suggest
letting the pack registrar know as part of the physical form just in case.
