UK Troop looking for a US troop to correspond with

Hello,
I have a friend in the south of England that is looking to connect
with a Scout Troop in the US. He is hoping to do snail mail, exchange
patches etc. He is the troop leader, and the troop has about 30 kids
from what I know.

If anyone is willing to exchange information with this troop, please
