A question I can't find how to do in Troopmaster -
Service Projects -
Say we have an all day service project
like river cleanup, or painting a museum fence -
Scouts can come and stay as long as they want...
So, how can I record in Troopmaster how many hours
each scout has devoted to the service project ?
Also - the hours need to flow for Star & Life -
Phil -
When you enter the activity as a service project you enter the length of the
project in hours. Anyone who worked that number of hours you can just enter
an "X" and TM will figure that he worked that number of hours. For anyone
else, just keep changing the attendance marker to the number of hours
actually worked and each Scout will be credited with the number of hours
actually entered for him. All hours for activities classified as "Service"
in TM are counted as service hours towards the next rank, if applicable.
Hours can even be counted in tenths, if you want to get that fine.

There is also a Yahoo! group specifically for TM users. It is called TMTUG
(TroopMaster Technical Users Group). You can sign up at yahoogroups.com.

tnx for the reply -
I had also sent a Q&A to TM, and they replied mentioning
the info was in section 7.1b of the PDF manual -
which - for some reason - I didn't realize I had in the sub-dir,
since it was not in start/programs/tm/ listing
